If you read nothing else, read this:

• We collect only what we need to do the job you asked us to do.
• We never sell your information, and we never share it for anyone’s marketing, whether ours or a third party’s.
• Your mobile number and your text opt-in are never shared with anyone for marketing or promotion. Full stop.
• You can stop the texts any time (reply STOP), and you can ask us to delete your information and we will.

The rest of this page is that promise, said carefully.

Three things, and each one earns its place by making ElleBee useful to you:

• The basics to reach you and know it’s you: your name, email, and mobile number.
• What you choose to connect: your calendar or your email, for example, and only when you grant access. We use it to prepare you for what’s coming and to answer you, and for nothing else. You can disconnect any time.
• Your conversation with ElleBee: the messages you exchange, so it can remember what you told it and pick up where you left off.

We don’t buy data about you, and we don’t build advertising profiles. There is nothing to sell and no one we’d sell it to.

ElleBee reaches you by text when you’ve asked it to. Because that runs over the phone carriers, here is the plain deal:

• You opt in personally, in your own words. We only message people who have consented, and unknown numbers are never messaged or replied to.
• Reply STOP at any time to opt out, START to opt back in, and HELP for a way to reach a human.
• Message frequency varies with what’s happening in your world. Message and data rates may apply, depending on your carrier and plan.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. The consent you give to receive text messages is never sold, rented, or shared with anyone.

As few people and systems as it takes to run the service well, and no one else:

• You. It’s yours; you can ask us for it or ask us to remove it.
• The small team that operates ElleBee. They may see your information to run, support, and improve the service for you, and they are bound to keep it confidential. Some people arrange for a trusted person to see their messages; that is always their choice and we record it, never assume it.
• The service providers that make it work: hosting, secure data storage, message delivery, email, and the AI that powers the assistant. They act only on our instructions to run ElleBee and may not use your information for their own purposes.

We disclose information to authorities only when the law actually requires it: a valid legal request, not a casual one.

This one is a standard we hold on purpose, because ElleBee is often built for people whose public life includes their children.

Public facts about your brand are workable material. Your family’s private life is not. We do not compile, and we do not expose, a child’s private information. And when your work and your family sit close together, we hold that line harder, not softer. Dignity over exposure, always.

We keep your information for as long as we’re working for you, so ElleBee can actually remember your world. When you want something gone, tell us and we’ll remove it; when you want to leave, you can, and your record goes with you or gets deleted. Your call.

You can turn the texts off any time with STOP, disconnect any account you connected, and reach a human at operator@veraproject.xyz.

We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information: access is limited, and sensitive credentials are encrypted where we store them. No system is perfectly secure, and we won’t pretend otherwise; if something ever goes wrong that affects you, we will tell you plainly.

If this policy changes, we’ll post the new version here with a new date, and we won’t quietly weaken a promise we made to you.
