ElleBee is a personal assistant service operated by Vera Project LLC. It keeps your working life in order (your calendar, your messages, your deals) and reaches you with what matters, when it matters. It is a tool that acts for you; it is not a person, and it never pretends to be one.

ElleBee is offered to people we onboard personally. You need to be an adult, and you’re responsible for what happens under your account, including the link that signs you in, which is personal to you. If it ever goes astray, tell us and we’ll help you shut it down.

This is the part that’s different, so read it once: ElleBee can draft, prepare, and organize on its own, but anything that leaves your world (a message to someone else, a reply to a brand, a public word) waits for you. You approve it, or it doesn’t go.

Which means you’re responsible for what you approve. ElleBee helps you decide; the decision, and what you send, is yours.

If you opt in, ElleBee reaches you by text. Reply STOP to opt out any time, START to resume, and HELP to reach a human. Message frequency varies; message and data rates may apply. How we handle the information behind those messages is in our Privacy Policy.

Don’t use ElleBee to break the law, to harm or harass anyone, or to send messages to people who haven’t agreed to hear from them. It’s built to be a good citizen on the phone network, and using it otherwise puts that at risk for everyone. We may pause or end an account that does.

ElleBee is provided as is. We work hard to make it reliable and accurate, but we can’t promise it will never be unavailable or never get something wrong, and it doesn’t replace your own judgment on anything that matters.

To the fullest extent the law allows, Vera Project LLC isn’t liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to what you paid us for it in the three months before the claim. Some places don’t allow certain limits, so parts of this may not apply to you.

We may update these terms; if we do, we’ll post the new version here with a new date, and we won’t use a quiet edit to take back a promise. You can stop using ElleBee any time, and we can end an account that misuses the service or that we can no longer support. We’ll give you a fair heads-up and your information when we reasonably can.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules.
